CONSTITUTION:In an IC handier which has the main body 11 on which an untested product tray section 1, a loader robbot 2 for untested IC's, a test socket section 3, a carry-in device 4 for untested IC's, a carry-out device 5 for tested IC's, an unloader robbot 6 for tested IC's, a good-product storing tray section 7 and a defective-product storing tray section 8 are located, at least an auto loader 12 is provided which supplies a tray for untested products 15 which stores untested ICs to the untested product tray section 1.</p> |
