PURPOSE: To prevent damage at the time of piling up and transporting furniture by providing one part of a fixture for a hinge with slide-in openings to make it removable and performing engagement by a snap-in system. CONSTITUTION: A furniture connector for connecting furniture parts is used for the attachment of a hinge arm 1 on a main body part or for attaching a drawer front to a drawer side wall. In this case, one part of a fixture is provided with slide-in openings 37 each for arms 4 and 5 pointing forward in the slide-in direction 29 of the other part of the fixture, and the one part of the fixture has a spring element 8 which is engaged with a snap-in recess part 8 of the other part of the fixture when the parts of the fixture are assembled and interengaged. By this constitution, it is possible to prevent damage at the time of piling up and transporting furniture by providing the slide-in openings 37 and suppressing the protrusion of the furniture connector from the surfaces of furniture. |
