PURPOSE:To realize a practical document classification storage system by which a classification storage and reclassification storage can be attained by various classification rules, and a systematic classification storage can be easily attained even when the destination of the storage of the prepared document is not known. CONSTITUTION:Document management information (title name, preparing person, preparation date, comment, and keyword or the like) is prepared by a processing block 101, and registered in a document management table 104 after adding a document ID number. Then, the classification rule using the document management information is prepared or edited by a processing block 102, and the storage place of the document pertinent to the classification rule is registered in the document management table 104. The processing of the classification storage or reclassification storage of the document according to the content of the document management table after the registration is executed by a processing block 103. |
