PURPOSE:To accurately and easily insert a stabilizing pipe which is to be inserted through the wall of a tunnel into the ground to stabilize the ground around the periphery of the tunnel-widened part constructed on the outer periphery of the tunnel into the wall of the tunnel and in the direction corresponding to the magnitude of the tunnel-widened part, and easily adjust and hold the direction of inserting the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A guide material 12 is provided in a segment body 11. An inner wipe 14, the diameter of which is slightly smaller than an outer pipe 13, is inserted into the outer pipe 13, and the inner pipe 14 is structured to be suitably tilted by means of a tapered washer 21 held between the flanges 13a, 14a of both the pipes. The direction of inserting a freezing pipe (stabilizing pipe) 2 is determined by this tilt angle. When the freezing pipe 2 is inserted through theinner pipe 14 into the ground G, the freezing pipe 2 is inserted in a desired direction. |
