PURPOSE:To decide a suitable cutting position to crops having various kinds of shapes produced on a steel plate. CONSTITUTION:The detail of the steel plate 1 is photographed by a camera 32, this photographed result is binarized by an image processor 6, an image information indicating a detailed crop shape is required and the required image information is given to a signal processor 7. In a signal processor 7, the shape similarity of the crop displayed on the image information to each of the crops having plural preset kinds of shapes is required by a neural network based on the image information in a neural net part 71 for shape decision and the cutting position of the crop of the steel plate is decided by the neural network based on the shape similarity, the image information and the dimension of the steel plate 1 in the neural net part 72 for deciding the cutting position. |
