PURPOSE:To provide a speed change operating device for automatic transmission in which visual confirmation is not required and operability can be improved. CONSTITUTION:In a speed change operating device for switching the range of an automatic transmission, a dial 14 and a slider 16 are provided. The dial 14 can be switched to a neutral range N, a forward range D attained by moving in clockwise direction A from the neutral range, and a reverse range R attained by moving in counterclockwise direction from the neutral range. The slider 16 is operable only when the dial 14 is switched to the neutral range N, and it can be switched to a parking range P. The dial 14 can not move when the slider 16 is switched to the parking range P. |
