PURPOSE:To provide a method of processing a printed circuit board 3 having blind holes 3a in a bath in order to remove bubbles from through holes and IVHs. CONSTITUTION:A printed circuit board 3 having blind holes 3a is immersed in a process bath 1 containing a solution 2. The board is leaned in one direction, and vibrations are applied to either the board or the solution, or both. Then, the board is leaned in the opposite direction, and vibrations are applied to either the board or the solution, or both. |
