摘要 FIELD: tyre industry. SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method of pneumatic tyre making from rubber, tyre is built on support forming stable surface of rotation, all components of pneumatic tyre are fed in turn to support taken as initial surface at building in order and to places defined by structure of pneumatic tyre. Support is used at forming and vulcanization as on of forming members. Support is dismounted in radial direction and is used in process of tyre building from making to vulcanization. Support is transported and positioned at tyre building station and its initial configuration is restored after dismounting from mould, removal of pneumatic tyre and delivering to tyre building station. According to proposed method tyre is formed and vulcanized after building using the mould which imparts to pneumatic tyre its final configuration, at least partially. Mould has several members separated from each other under action of temperature and pressure during time defined by tyre vulcanization law. After vulcanization pneumatic tyre is taken out of mould and all operations described above are carried out at making of other pneumatic tyre. Invention provides description of tyre making machine with support for tyre making and transportation means, pneumatic tyre building station with support gripping and holding means, devices for forming raw tyre and applying different tyre components, and vulcanization station. Vulcanization station has arrangement with devices for fixing mould outer part providing opening and closing of mould outer part, additional bed coupled with above-indicated arrangement and closed mould shifting devices. Invention makes it possible to dispense with buffer stores owing to tight interconnection of building and vulcanization process.
