PURPOSE:To provide a producing method of zeolite capable of extremely inexpensively producing a zeolite having CEC value nearly equivalent to a commercial synthetic zeolite without causing problems of NaOH waste liquid, etc. CONSTITUTION:Sewage sludge or its burned ash is melted in a melting furnace 1 to give water-granulated slag (b) and NaOH is added to the slag and the mixture is boiled to produce the objective zeolite. Exhaust heat is recovered by a heat exchanger 6 and utilized as a heat source for zeolite production device 2 and dryer 6 for the produced zeolite. The waste liquid of NaOH discharged from the zeolite production device 2 is fed to an absorption tower 8 in a discharge gas treatment system to utilize the waste liquid to make SOx absorbed. |
