PURPOSE:To quicken the communication control and the service and to extend the service. CONSTITUTION:An access circuit 7 implements signal processing such as channel loop and drop/insert in the unit of channels between a reception multiplexed signal B and a transmission multiplexed signal D. The signal B is processed by using a control pulse generated by a reception pulse generating circuit 2, the reception multiplexed signal after the processing is outputted to a demultiplexer circuit 3, the signal processing to the signal D is implemented by using a control pulse generated by a common pulse generating circuit 4 to output a transmission multiplexed signal after processing to a frame addition circuit 6. The reception multiplexed signal from the access circuit 7 is inputted to a demultiplexer circuit 10, in which the signal is demultiplexed in the unit of channels by a control pulse from the reception pulse generating circuit 2. On the other hand, the transmission multiplexed signal from the access circuit 7 is inputted to a frame addition circuit, in which a multiplexed frame is added to the signal based on a control pulse from the common pulse generating circuit 4 and the result is outputted as a final transmission multiplexed signal. |
