PURPOSE:To enable tight winding and piling of films, reduce core loss and realize a small-sized transformer, etc. CONSTITUTION:After a vacuum container 2 is evacuated and discharging is generated between two electrodes 3 while monomer gas is being supplied through a feed pipe 5, plasma polymerized films are formed on both faces and side faces of an amorphous magnetic body 7 as moving the body 7. Then an amorphous magnetic thin plate having plasma polymerized films is wound on a semi-rectangular frame and formed to manufacture a winding iron core. Further the winding iron core is annealed in nitrogen gas to remove its winding strain. Since the insulation performance is insufficient when the volume resistivity of plasma polymerized film is under 10<7>OMEGA.cm, the eddy current loss increases when the films are used for iron cores. When the transmission of oxigen gas exceeds 10<-12>cc.cm/cm<2>/sec.mmHg, rust-proofness and thermal resistance decrease. When they are used for iron cores at the density of less than 1.3g/cm<3>, the thermal resistance and durability decrease. |
