PURPOSE:To make it into high output by improving the takeout efficiency of a laser beam, and also, reduce aerial coherence, and further, lighten the deterioration of a wavelength selecting element. CONSTITUTION:A laser resonator is composed of a full reflection mirror 2, a cylindrical concave mirror 3, a diffraction grating 17, a full reflection mirror 14, and a laser medium 11. An etalon 15 being a wavelength selecting element is provided between the diffraction grating 17 and the full reflection mirror 14 so as to narrow the band of a laser oscillating spectrum. The zero-order diffracted light 19 strong in luminous intensity from the diffraction grating 17 is made an output laser beam, and a primary diffracted light 18 weak in luminous intensity is used for the control for narrow band area promotion of an oscillated laser beam. |
