PURPOSE:To effciently generate a schedule. CONSTITUTION:A predeterminate schedule generating means 11 defines a minimum period of works as a unit schedule generation period and adds a period for adjustment to this period to obtain a unit schedule adjustment period and generates a predeterminate schedule 6 in accordance with data in a work request table 4 and a work preceding value table 5. A schedule adjusting means 13 adjusts the schedule so that works satisfy the conditions in an adjustment restrictive condition table 8 successively from the earlier day to the latter day in the unit schedule adjustment period. A next period predeterminate work transfer means 14 transfers works in the period for adjustment to the unit schedule generation period by data in a transfer restrictive condition table 15. A repeating means 17 repeats the processing in the unit schedule adjustment period till the end day of the schedule or later and starts respective means.
