A dielectric resonator comprising a resonator and supporting base part, whose initial resonance frequency is adjustable precisely and simply. In the resonator part (1), plural bottomed holes (4) for adjusting frequencies are provided. While the resonance frequency of the resonator being measured, members (5) for adjusting frequencies made of the same or equivalent dielectric material of the resonator part (1) are inserted in succession into the respective holes (4), and the deviation of the frequency from a preset resonance frequency are reduced. Thereby, the arbitrary adjustment of the resonance frequency of the dielectric resonator, from the coarse adjustment to the fine one, can be performed easily and precisely. |
