PURPOSE: To provide a hinged plastic housing in which a hinge in a shape of deformable lamina is integrated permanently with first and second thermoplastic enclosing members. CONSTITUTION: This is a manufacturing method of a hinged plastic housing 12, in which a hinge 29 formed from a deformable lamina 18 is integrated with the first and second enlcosing members 14 and 16 during injection of a plastic material. The first mold section and the second mold section are clamped with each other, and before the formation of injection mold cavities of the first and second enclosing members 14 and 16, the deformable lamina 18 is arranged between the first mold section and second mold section of the injection molding device. |
