摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the operating speed and to eliminate the output distortion by eliminating equivalently the junction capacitance of a MOS transistor (TR). CONSTITUTION:The source of a TRQ3 to the gate of which a source follower output is inputted is connected to a drain of a current source TRQ4. A bias E is applied to the gate of the TRQ4 and the source and the P-well of TRsQ3, Q4 are used in common. Then is becomes equivalent that a voltage follower circuit 11 is connected between the source and the P-well of the TRQ1. In this case, the junction capacitance C1 is charged/discharged by an output of the circuit 11 and not charged/discharged by the source output of the TRQ1. Since both ends of a junction capacitance C2 are of equi-potential in terms of AC, the capacitance is not charged/discharged by the source output of the TRQ1. Thus, the capacitance is not in existing equivalently.
