<p>PURPOSE:To produce a flute material having good appearance without crack or deformation by electroforming the material on the outer surface of a flute- shaped mother die and then removing only the mother die. CONSTITUTION:A flute-shaped mother die is manufactured by working a Cu pipe material to form holes and tone holes, etc. Then the outer surface of the mother die is subjected to electroforming with Pt, and then only the mother die is removed by dissolving in a 20% HNO3 soln. Thereby, the flute material having good appearance, dimensional accuracy and mechanical strength without crack or deformation can be obtd. at high productivity.</p> |
