<p>PURPOSE:To generate the large difference of pressure between an input pen and the tip of a finger by constituting a spacer by overlapping the two steps of insulated layers in various areas at least, and arranging those layers at a gap corresponding to a curvature radius at the tip of the input pen. CONSTITUTION:A spacer 8 formed on a second substrate 4 is constituted by overlapping the two steps of insulated layers 31 and 41 in various areas at least, and those layers are arranged at a gap corresponding to the curvature radius at the tip of an input pen 6. Therefore, conductive layers 32 and 42 can be extremely easily contacted by pressing a first substrate 3 at the tip of the input pen 6. Further, when the substrate is pressed at the tip of a finger having a large curvature, the drop-down of the conductive layers is interrupted by the lower layers of the insulated layers 31 and 41 in the large areas, and the conductive layers 32 and 42 can be contacted while excluding the interference caused by the lower layers when extremely strong force is not applied. Thus, in the case of inputting data, the large difference of pressure is generated between the pen 6 and the tip of the finger.</p> |
