摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate unexact or unnecessary delay time output not to deteriorate travelling performance, and more safely control retardation delay time by separately judging the application of retardation delay control before travelling and before starting the retardation. CONSTITUTION:When a cage 5 approaches a floor where the cage has to stop, the cage engages a cam 7 to operate a retardation-position detecting switch 6 to issue a retardation preparatory command. A retardation delay time calculation circuit 23 reads operating information such as pressure signal 15a, oil pressure signal 16a, speed signal 8a, etc., and calculates a retardation delay time. When an overpressure is detected during travelling, and the overpressure is detected only for a short time, the change for reducing the delay time is prepared, and when the overpressure is detected over a long time, it is prepared so that a retardation command can be outputted immediately after the retardation preparatory command is detected. When abnormally low-pressure is detected, the changing of the delay time is prepared. When the oil pressure is out of a specified range at the time of stopping travel of the cage, retardation starting point control is judged to be unavailable to travel the cage before the cage starts travelling.
