PURPOSE:To obtain a substrate for an optical recording medium excellent in solvent resistance by laminating a polymer layer containing oxyalkylene groups as the component n a base material. CONSTITUTION:A polymer layer containing oxyalkylene groups as the component is formed on a base material comprising acrylic resin, methacrylic resin, etc. The polymer having oxyalkylene groups on the component can be obtained from a polymer comprising alkylene diol or polyoxyalkylene, or comprising these and a copolymer component. As for the copolymer component, isocyanate compd., organosiloxane, etc., is used. By this constitution, the obtd. substrate for an optical recording medium has excellent solvent resistance. |
