PURPOSE:To enable the production of the machine structural parts consisting of a high-carbon Fe base sintered alloy by welding. CONSTITUTION:The joint surface parts of the element members consisting of the high-carbon Fe base sintered alloy are constituted with the low-carbon Fe base sintered alloy contg. <=0.3wt.% carbon at the time of producing the machine structural parts by joining the element members consisting of the high-carbon Fe base sintered alloy contg. >=0.5wt.% carbon for either or both of the joining members by laser beam welding or electron beam welding. |
