PURPOSE:To increase the mounting area of electronic parts on an IC card. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary substrate 21 with an electronic part 3 mounted on both surfaces is attached to both surfaces of a main substrate 20. Consequently, a mounted surface of four layers is obtained. When an opening 23 is formed on the main substrate 20 and the auxiliary substrate 21 is attached to the main substrate 20, the electronic part 3 mounted on the rear surface of the auxiliary substrate 21 is allowed into the opening 23 provided on the main substrate 20.
