PURPOSE:To increase the strength of a bag and simultaneously to accelerate the dewatering of sludge by installing at least one partition inside the liquid passing bag. CONSTITUTION:When treating water contg. sludge (liquid contg. solid matter), such as sludge discharged from precipitators in waterworks, sewerage, industrial waterworks, etc., inorganic and organic sludge and dredged sludge, such as residual sludge in raising, the water contg. sludge is packed into baglike matter to dewater and carry it. The baglike matter is formed by radially installing plural partitions 2 inside a bottomed cylindrical bag ] made of water passing materials and the inside of the bag is radially divided in four in the longitudinal direction by the partitions, and a packing opening 3 for water contg. sludge is provided in the top of the bag. When the bag 1 and the partitions 2 are thus formed of water passing materials, such as cotton cloth, the removal of liquid from the inside is smoothly performed and simultaneously the strength of the bag is increased by the liquid passing action and the liquid sucking action due to capillarity. |
