VINYL CHLORIDE RESIN FILM FOR AGRICULTURAL USE

PURPOSE:To provide a vinyl chloride film for agricultural use, keeping high heat-insulation in winter season and having a function to increase the incident light flux. CONSTITUTION:The objective vinyl chloride resin film for agricultural use contains 0.5-10 pts.wt. (based on 100 pts.wt. of the vinyl chloride resin) of inorganic fine powder having absorption band in infrared region. The film is provided with linear parallel grooves having triangular cross-section on one or both surfaces. The angles A and B of the opposite two inclined faces of the triangle relative to the film surface satisfy the formulas A< B, 10 deg.<=A<=60 deg. and 20 deg.<=B<=90 deg.. The depth of the groove is 1/50 to 3/10 of the film thickness, the pitch of the grooves is 5-200mum and the total area of the grooves is >=30% of the surface area of the film.
