PURPOSE:To make compact the size of a burner and embody perfect combustion by installing a secondary air intake flow passage and a combustion gas recirculation flow passage. CONSTITUTION:A secondary air intake flow passage P1 and a combustion air recirculation flow passage P2 segmented by means of a two flow section forming material 15 are installed to a ring-shaped space between a combustion inner cylinder 10 and a flame stabilizing outer cylinder 20. The combustion gas in the combustion inner cylinder 10 is recirculated by way of a combustion recirculation opening portion 14 installed to the peripheral walls of the combustion gas recirculation flow passage P2 and a small-sized cylinder 11 of the combustion inner wall 10, thereby promoting the gasification of spray fuel. The secondary air is introduced into the tip of the combustion inner cylinder 10 by way of the secondary air intake flow passage P1 segmented by the two flow section forming material 15 installed to the ring-shaped space 3 between the combustion inner cylinder 10 and the flame stabilizing outer cylinder 20, which makes it possible to inhibit a rise in the temperature of the combustion inner cylinder by the secondary air. What is more, it is possible to preheat the secondary air, promote the mixing with gasified combustion air and start blue flame- combustion in a short time after the ignition. |
