PURPOSE:To recover timing synchronization quickly even when a timing changes suddenly by interrupting the transmission of a timing error signal to a specific integration means based on a fault detection of a reception signal. CONSTITUTION:A timing error signal TE from a timing error detection section 200 is fed to an adder 210 and given to a multiplier 211 via an interrupt section 300, in which a prescribed coefficient is multiplied with the error signal and the result is fed to an integration device 212. The adder 210 adds an output IGO from the integration device 212 and the timing error signal TE and outputs a signal VTE to an integration device 201. An integration device 212 latches a level required to keep timing synchronization in a steady-state after the timing synchronization establishment. When an input fault detection section 302 detects a fault of a reception signal, a control section 301 drives the interrupt section 300 to interrupt the transmission of the timing error signal TE from the timing error detection section 200 to the integration device 212. |
