The buckwheat tea is prepd. by (a) steaming buckwheat and drying with sunlight or hot air, (b) removing the hull of the dried buckwheat, (c) pulverizing the obtd. buckwheat to obtain the buckwheat powder (diameter is 0.1-1.0 mm), and (d) roasting the tuckwheat powder at 80-120 deg.C for 10-30 mim. to obtain the final product.
