CONSTITUTION:This steering wheel is composed of a core metal 11, a hard layer 15 consisting of hard synthetic resin 80 or more in spring hardness HS (JISA) covering this core metal 11, and surface layer 16 consisting of soft resin 20-80 in spring hardness (JISA) covering this hard layer 15.</p> |
