A money-operated gaming device facility is composed of a stationary central device (1) with a computer-controlled control apparatus and a money processing apparatus, and of a plurality of individual portable gaming devices (2), which are equipped for implementing the gaming operation apart from money processing apparatus. The individual gaming devices (2) arc stored in holders (3) adjacent to the central device (1), and when placed in the holders (3) are connected, via contacts, for bidirectional data transfer with the central device (1), and also in the sense of recharging their accumulators. The control apparatus of the gaming devices (2) of the central device (1) are set out not only to transfer credit data and winnings data but in addition control data from the individual gaming devices (2) after termination of the game operation, in particular in relation to time played and number of games carried out in this time, which are tested for validity in the central device (1), wherein in the case of invalidity being determined, the determination and issuing of winnings is blocked in the central device (1). |
