<p>PURPOSE:To speedily execute segment retrieval by referring to a control table, retrieval table or display priority order managing table. CONSTITUTION:Segment operations such as display, change and erase or the like to any arbitrary segment are enabled by recognizing one or plural graphic elements displayed on a graphic display 5 as segments and executing the segment retrieval while logically arranging those segments based on the display priority order. In this case, a command processing part 2 processes the command of the segment operation issued by a host 1. A graphic display controller 4 controls the graphic display 5. Then, a common memory 3 holds segments 8-11 and is provided with a display priority order managing table 6 and a retrieval table 7 for the segment retrieval, and the segments 8-11 are logically divided by these tables 6 and 7.</p> |
