PURPOSE:To provide a means wherein, when two tables are moved to the same direction, a time loss is reduced and a noise can be suppressed when the movement of the tables is started and stopped. CONSTITUTION:Two tables 6, 7 on which tape units 8 have been juxtaposed are placed on a table movement device 2; feed nuts 10b, 11b installed at the tables 6, 7 are mounted on a feed screw 9 installed at the table movement device 2; the tables 6, 7 are moved back and forth along the feed screw 9 when motors 10a, 11a are driven. Electronic components at the tape units 8 on the tables 6, 7 are picked up by using a transfer head 3 in a picking-up position Q. The electronic components are transferred to and mounted on a board 5 which has been positioned. When the tables 6, 7 are moved to the same direction, the table 7 on one side is decelerated and the table 6 on the other side is accelerated. |
