PURPOSE:To shorten adhesive application and curing processes by using mold- releasing paper or film wherein chlorinated polypropylene is applied and cured on the mold-releasing face as an adhesive for a process for forming a binding agent layer. CONSTITUTION:Mold-releasing paper 8 delivered from a mold-releasing paper delivery roll 7 automatically runs while being supported by a supporting roll. A dispenser 4' for the paper 8 discharges as a binding agent droplets of chlorinated polypropylene, which are spread by a hnife coater 12. The binding agent 13 is cured in a curing oven 9. In addition, droplets of epoxy resin 6, which is a migration adhesive 6, are applied to a lead foil to be used as a current collecting body 2 when it is delivered from a lead foil delivery roll 1 while being supported by the support roll 3. And the adhesive application face is contacted with the coated face of the mold-releasing paper 8. Furthermore, the resin 6 is cured in the suring oven 9 and when it leaves the oven 9, the lead foil 2 and mold-releasing paper 8 are separately wound by a lead foil winding roll 14 and a mold-releasing paper winding roll 11, respectively. This constitution allows coating and curing process to be shortened. |
