<p>PURPOSE:To control the profile of upper and lower rolling rolls and to easily roll and straighten the steel sheet by providing a pair of specific bending rolls in the axial direction of a lower rolling roll and disposing a pair of specific taper members at the bearing of upper rolling roll. CONSTITUTION:A pair of bending rolls 6R, 6L of short size barrel width separated to the roll axial direction are provided so as to be in contact with a lower rolling roll 32, and each of bending rolls 6R, 6L is attached/detached to from the lower rolling roll 32 with the elevating/lowering cylinder and each bending roll unit 18 is attached so as to be moved in a lateral direction with the lateral direction driving cylinder. Further, a pair of taper members 52R, 52L for adjusting the upward/downward movement of rolled stock 5 are disposed between the upper and lower of the bearings 61R, 61L of the upper rolling roll 31 and the housing 10, and attached with screwing to the screw rod 53 that the reserve screw are mutually graven and made movable to the axial direction.</p> |
