<p>The present invention relates to a method of fabrication of magnetic heads for magnetic tracks with high coercive fields and high frequencies of application. This is a method of fabricating magnetic heads including a circuit (2, 5) of magnetic material around which is or are wound one or more coil(s) (6) and having a very slender zone called the gap of a non-magnetic material characterised in that it includes the steps of: - plane truing, - machining, deposition of a non-magnetic material, pairwise assembly of the bands (1), - cooling and filling the tube obtained, with an adhesive resin, - cylindrical truing followed by polishing, - sectioning of the blocks so as to obtain the elementary active faces, - installation of the second part of the closure circuit (5) and encapsulation. The present invention applies to the fabrication of magnetic heads such as those used in plastic money, computing or magnetic ticket checking. <IMAGE></p> |
