ULTRASONIC PROBE

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a coaxial biplane probe capable of obtaining crossing two pieces of tomography with sufficient resolution in the direction of the slice width. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic probe is provided with stripe electrodes on upper and lower surfaces, and a flexible vibrator 101 of which the surface are made in concave plane. A coating layer 103 with small ultrasonic attenuation is embedded on the recessed part. In scanning the first section using the upper stripe electrode or in scanning the second section using the lower stripe electrode, the ultrasonic beam flux in the slice width direction can be realized by each concave shape.
