PURPOSE:To perform automatic sound recording and automatic measurement of the sound recording time length with a simple operation, by detecting a sound signal to start sound recording and by starting measurement of the sound recording time from the sound recording start and by updating the sound recording position for every one sound recording unit to repeat sound recording. CONSTITUTION:When disc control unit 3 detects that the address of magnetic disc unit 8 agree with the sound recording start address and that memory unit 5 stores the sound signal of one or more blocks, a sound recording start signal is sent to unit 5, and the sound signal of one block stored in unit 5 is applied to unit 8 and is recorded. After that, timer 10 is inactivated, and respective units and respective circuits except push-button 1 are reset to the sound recording stand-by state. When sound detecting circuit 9 detects the sound signal again under this state, timer 10 is activated, and the address of start address setting equipment 6 is caused to correspond to the next block, and the operation above is repeated up to the set address of end address setting equipment 7. |
