PURPOSE:To permit a pressure gauge having a simple constitution to perform an accurate and safe telemetering by detecting a spherical curvedness of a pressure detecting member corresponding to hydraulic pressure through optical fibers for light emitting and receiving. CONSTITUTION:A pressure detecting member 4 of a pressure detector 3 is curved into a sphere corresponding to the hydraulic pressure applied to. The light from a light source 7, which is reflected by the member 4 according to the curvedness, is transmitted through optical fibers 5... and 6... being the same number and having light-inlet and outlet ends on the same plane and connected to the light source 7 and a photoelectric converter 8, and received by the converter 8. Thus, the pressure of even an explosive gas or the like can be safely and accurately telemetered by an apparatus having a simple constitution through the converter 8, corrector 10, or the like installed at remote place. |
