Automatic testing device of liquid level that consists of: a) A cylinder (Drawing 2) whose interior is divided by ribs (C1-C4) in sections (D1-D5) with air pockets. In sections D1 and D2 a mercury bulb is supported (F). b) A parallelogram (Drawing 1) of which along its length are two oval slots (K) which lighten it and facilitate the device's flexibility and at the corners below the slots there are two holes for screws that support the device at the point where the level of liquid is to be tested. During the injection of the plastic material into the mould for the manufacturing of the parallelogram, the cylinder is fitted on the opposite side of the screws. The advantage of the invention is that it is manufactured wholly of flexible plastic material and therefore its endurance under adverse working conditions is increased and most importantly the device's mechanical movement is supported exclusively by this flexibility and it is not influenced by external factors. |
