PURPOSE:To reduce an influence of the junction capacity or the like of a PIN diode to extend the signal band of the transformer impedance with respect to the transformer impedance amplifier which converts light to an electric signal in an optical receiver. CONSTITUTION:A negative feedback amplifying means 103 consists of an inverting amplifying means 101 which has a flat band sufficiently wider than the signal band and a negative feedback resistance means 102 which is connected between the output part and the input part. A transistor means 105 has a source terminal connected to the P-side terminal of a PIN diode means 104 for light reception, whose N-side terminal is connected to a power source, and has the drain terminal connected to the input part of the negative feedback amplifying means 103, and a certain voltage is applied to its gate terminal. Thus, the impedance is reduced, and an influence of the junction capacity of the PIN diode means 104 is reduced. |
