PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a lead-acid battery by obtaining paste of stable nature, even when sludge paste of large water dispersion is cast by an optional mixing rate, by solving a problem of dispersing paste nature by casting or the like of the sludge paste, in the case of paste- kneading the lead acid battery. CONSTITUTION:A relation between a power load of a kneading machine and paste nature is obtained, and by measuring the power load to automatic control kneading liquid amount and time by a fuzzy inference, paste of stable nature with a fixed water factor is obtained even when sludge paste of large water dispersion is cast. |
