PURPOSE:To obtain an insulated electric wire having the excellent lubricating film and having the smooth and beautiful appearance by coating a conductor with the specified selflubricating insulating coating material, and baking it to provide an insulating film layer. CONSTITUTION:A conductor is coated with the self-lubricating insulating coating material, in which 0.1-10.0wt of polyolefine group wax is added for dispersion to the resin in the insulating coating material and 1/2-the same quantity of dibenzylidensorbitol group modifier is added for dispersion to the polyolefine group wax, directly or through other insulating material, and is backed to provide an insulating film layer, and an insulated electric wire is thereby formed. This insulated electric wire has the excellent self-lubricating property, and even in the case where the insulated electric wire is processed at a high speed, abnormality is not generated in the insulating film to finish the appearance thereof beautifully. |
