The circuit for removing the process variable and the power voltage dependence caused by the ref. voltage base width early effect comprises a reference voltage generator (1) having current mirror circuits (Q1,Q2) and resistors (R1,R2), a cascade amplifier (2) for constantly maintaining the voltage between collectors and emitters of the transistors (Q1,Q2), a current and voltage amplifier (3) for converting the current differences flowing at the transistors (Q1,Q2) to voltage values and a feedback gain circuit (4) for feeding-back the amplifier (3) output so as to flow the same current to the transistors (Q1,Q2).
