Reinforced graft for knee ligament surgery of the type consisting of a flattened strip (5) taken from the patellar tendon. The strip's longitudinal edges are folded down and stitched, so as to include a reinforcing element (1) of braided or woven fibres fixed to the patellar tendon (5) to the bone end (6) of said tendon which is to be secured in a passage formed in the femur. The graft is characterized in that said reinforcing element (1) is a tubular braid. Application in knee ligament surgery. |
