The facility is used for cleaning the coastal line from household and other waste. It has enhanced productivity upon efficient work of the supplying element, which passes the scooped material on the entire active area of the sifting element. The facility consists of a track vehicle (1), in the front part of which, on a carrier (2), a supplying element with a scooping plate (9) is affixed. The plate (9) is connected with eccentric elements (6), encompassed by rings (7), as a result of which it pushes the material on a larger part of the sifting element (14).<IMAGE>
