The display panel constitution condition is set as 0.01<=x<=0.5, 0<=k<=0.5, p<=600 and {1-700xk<2>/(p/200)<4>}xp<5>>1.4X10<11>, and when this display panel is driven by means of the pulse memory, in the panel cathode effective area Smm<2> and the discharge maintaining electric current ImuA, the constitution condition is also set as {1+700xk<2>/(p.200)<4>}xp<5> (S/I)<2>>6.3X10<4>.
