The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a touch screen panel, wherein the touch screen panel comprises: first sensing electrodes formed on an active area of a substrate and arranged along a first direction; and second sensing electrodes arranged along a second direction crossing the first direction. The manufacturing method of a touch screen panel comprises the following steps of: forming the first sensing electrodes and first connection patterns for connecting the first sensing electrodes in the first direction; forming an insulation pattern for capping the first sensing electrodes and the first connection patterns such that the first sensing electrodes and the first connection patterns are not exposed; and forming the second sensing electrodes, which are arranged among the first sensing electrodes, and second connection patterns for connecting the second sensing electrodes in the second direction and located on the insulation patterns.
