Provided is an organic light emitting display device capable of accurately measuring the current of each pixel to compensate for a luminance deviation between the pixels. The organic light emitting display device comprises: a plurality of pixels each having an organic light emitting element; and a data driver having a plurality of current measurement units connected to the pixels through data lines. The current measurement unit includes: a first measurement circuit including a first operational amplifier having a non-inverting input terminal for receiving a first reference voltage and an inverting input terminal connected to one of the pixels and a first feedback capacitor connected between the inverting input terminal of the first operational amplifier and an output terminal of the first operational amplifier; and a second measurement circuit including a second operational amplifier having a non-inverting input terminal for receiving a second reference voltage having a value different from that of the first reference voltage and an inverting input terminal connected to another one of the pixels and a second feedback capacitor connected between the inverting input terminal of the second operational amplifier and an output terminal of the second operational amplifier.
