1. An organic photoelectric device, comprising:
an anode and a cathode facing each other, and an active layer interposed between the anode and cathode, wherein the active layer comprises a p-type semiconductor compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 1ad and an n-type semiconductor compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 2: wherein, in Chemical Formula 2, each of Z1 to Z4 are independently one of oxygen (O), nitrogen (N), and sulfur (S), and each of X1 to X6 are independently one of hydrogen, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C30 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C30 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C30 heteroaryl group, and a combination thereof, wherein the p-type semiconductor compound and the n-type semiconductor compound form a pn junction.
