PURPOSE:To prevent crack and rupture resulting from air expansion during heat treatment, change of quality and decomposition caused by air and to pro duce a formed material having excellent heating properties by making air not retain in the interior of the formed material. CONSTITUTION:In a method for producing a viscous food by processing a viscous raw material 3 into a formed material 6 of given shape, the viscous raw material 3 is degassed in vacuum and the formed material 6 is shaped in a vacuum atmosphere. Or, after the viscous raw material 3 is degassed to vacuum, the viscous raw material 3 is made into the formed material 6 while being pushed out into a viscous solution for bonding wrapping material. |
