A vinyl chloride resin composition with an elevated thermal deformation temperature, which comprises: [A] a vinyl chloride resin, and [B] a ring-opening polymer, a ring-opening copolymer or a hydrogenated derivative thereof, obtained by the ring-opening polymerization of a cycloolefin represented by general formula [I], and/or [C] a random cycloolefin copolymer which is composed of ethylene and a cycloolefin represented by formula [I] and has a limiting viscosity of 0.05 to 10 dl/g in decolin at 135 DEG C and a glass transition point (Tg) of 70 DEG C or above, wherein n is 0 or 1 and m represents 0 or a positive integer. |
